Need help creating a auction system

Hi there everyone, I am running a proboards forum & within it I want to create a blank page where forum users can put up their own auction of items they want to sell or instantly buy. Does anyone know any way or reference that can help me get started for making a system like this where the website will only take 10% of transactions as transaction fees.

Never heard of 'proboards forum' before, I assume its PHP or other language? If you are not familiar with those then your better option would be to post a thread in Services forum including cms and your budget details. Anyone familiar with PHP (or whatever language) will be able to implement it. I am not free otherwise would have helped. goodluck
