Need Help About Android Sdk

Hey Guys, i m setting android Workspace on Pc but i m getting this error

Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list.xml, reason: File not found

i also changed https to http and em not using any proxy

Window 7 64bit

Download the package manually and then point to it locally. I had the same error initially.

I finally got it to work.
It was because I didn't include my company's proxy server in the settings.
Steps to fix (for users behind a proxy server):
1. Open SDK->Click Tools->Click Options->Add Proxy Server and Port info->Click Ok
2. Click Packages->Click Reload
That fixed this issue for me ...
