Need good ad networks for my new websites

I am creating an anime streaming as well as crypto reward platform website so i need a good and reliable ad network. I intend to use 3 type of ad formats (banner, popup/popunder, in-page push/interstitial). Well if there is any good network out there which can provide good CPM/CPC rates and do count views (unlike others which don't even count) and pay as fast as possible like within a week or 2-3 days, kindly let me know. Thanks in advance.

Note: Kindly don't recommend me something like hilltopads as they don't even count views as according to the 90% of the reviews i have seen until now.

Personally, I don't give a rat's ass what my reputation is because we enough money I can buy whatever public opinion I want !

Got it i will give it a try, thanks for the suggestion man. Well will they give approval for my crypto as well as anime website? Isn't this ad network only for adult websites?

Ohh! i see. Well dear, as according to my thinking, a character and reputation is worth more than the money (as it's just a lowly thing), Well it's not like i'm saying money is not worth, i do know in today's era, if you wanna do something then you must have money as for now money is everything. But i like to maintain the personality rather than wasting this diamond(reputation) over some lowly thing(money). Btw, thanks for your response. Wish you a good time.

I do agree with this but that will not be the pure opinion, as pure opinion comes from heart not from mind(influenced by the stack of money).

Ohh! i see. Well i did use your ad network in the past like maybe 3-4 years ago, but unfortunately i didn't earn a single peny. While i use adsterra as well as some other ads that was good at that time and i happen to earn $5-$10 easily for the lowest traffic. Well that website was also crypto related so i think maybe you guys don't pay for crypto related websites so after some time i stopped using it.

Well as i think you have read my post, do you approve my websites? Mean 1 is for crypto again and 1 is for anime. Let me know if this is allowed in your policy then i will give it a try.

For new sites, it’s usually best to start with networks that don’t have strict traffic requirements. I’ve had decent results with AdMaven Adstera— setup is easy and payments are reliable. It’s also worth testing a couple of other networks to see what works best for your niche.
