You don't have to ask someone to check you post.
Read the rule on the forum.
If you want example of thread then search in the forumophilia for thread with 1k post above.

Thats what I did, but i got banned and reregistered now. But still dont know what did I do wrong, I red the rules and was sure. But banned.

I dont want to get banned again...
