- 1 - 2 GB Webspace
- 100+ GB bandwidth
- 1 IP Address
- RAM - 256MB at least, 512 is perfect

Price < $30

TheHostingPalace was my first option, but seems now they have a few issues:
Critical Error
Could not connect to the database

WRZHost requires SMS verification, and I don't like that part.

meanwhile I found 2 great offers. They ar enot offshore but I've talked with both and they allow what I need.

I am quite suspicious with directspace because they are too cheap. But maybe I'll give them a try. They are like santrex I think, but I didn't read any bad votes at this moment, not even on WHT.
