Need custom made VB skin - Budget $100 USD

I am looking for a designer that can make me a custom made VB skin for the following site (www.gotmovies.net)

I am willing to spend up to $100 and i will pay via paypal (Verfied & Business Member).

Since i am paying, i expect it not to take more than a week.
I am looking for Quality GFX, no crap.
