looking for some one with experience and skill to make me a custom made skin from scratch. i have already dealt with many who never kept their promises and have wasted my time, so i am only looking for reputable designers with proof of work ONLY. reply here with your hotmail and i will contact you. budget is $150 (this does not mean i will pay 150 for anything you do..:))

nope thats cause it took you long enough to even get back to me (you were busy with another project) with anything that i went ahead and i found some one else. then when i again i said i will do it with you.. you never responded my messages on yahoo and always ignored me. i didnt bring you into this, he said elio and maz and i said what i had to.
 
Phantom is good but doesn't reply to PM's regarding skins. Contact him on his site. It'll be better.. If you can increase the budget then go for minerskinz its also cool :) btw this should be under buy, sell and trade section with [Hire] prefix :)
