Need coder + designers

Hello here is just a idea what i want to do :
-First we find few good designer who can dedicated the time working on template ( first free for demo than for money )
-Some coders who can integrate psd to WP,DLe,Joomla and more
-Hosting ( Who can host the website to costumers and make a good domain name and host for our grupation )

Second everyone in groupation wil not charge to theire work like we need host host will not charge for our website or i will not charge for our website template.
We will design - code - host websites for our costumers and sell templates online.
If anyone is intrested please contact me by pm to make name logo template host it etc....
