many german companies offer very cheap deals on dedicated servers...

their prices are similar to what companies in other countries charge on VPS but you can a dedicated server with top spec like i7, 8GB ram, 3TB HD... but there are some restrictions like you can't spam...

if the email restriction is not an issue then I'd recommend you check out some of these german companies for their great deals
