Need banner GFX help...

Below is the banner/header I currently have on my website Ultimate-DDL
I need it redone completely. It needs to be the exact same size 1010x170 and needs to go with the color scheme on my site. Anything unique and cool. If you can help please let me know. If you want something in return for doing this just ask.
