Get a dedicated server for it, Sellers on WJ wont give you unlimted tabs.

It depends to whom he goes to some sellers are shite,
but other let you use up to 20%

Dedicated is just extra cost to him and at his budget he wont
find anything good unless he gets a VPS.
 
Zaaz is right man.. u will never get all of this with such low budget. raise your budget to atleast round 30-40$ and u might get some good ones..

You are going to have problems with #1 and #7 as a VPS cant handle sharing with friends, specially running unlimited instances (tabs = instances). You will require a dedicated server costing $100~120 just to handle the load (quadcore with 4GB ram)

Not to mention sBorg can maintain 5 instances (recommended) at a time, so you'll need to install multiple copies of sBorg aswell.

We Explained him that :| already but u cant help what noob thinks,

They are already making tons of money from Filehost using sBOrg but dont wanna shell out Decent USD for it

1 RAR Process takes 1 CORE CPU and High RAM
Servers will be dead overloaded if used more than 5 Process
