Need Advice - Planning to start Filehosting Site

I am planning to start Filehosting Site and need advice from you guys.
I need to know some steps like from where to get payment gateway,
do i need to register any company or just a domain and paypal (personal) are sufficient and good to go.

lol..no sites will be back, have some issue with my hosting provider..it will be resolved soon.
