please dont suggest me crap like uptimevps.co :facepalm: i lost my previous site db with them. they are scammer. want a good and reliable host.

veeble allow warez untill dmca to remove the file i been using them and not had a problem with them and vps are fast

most nl and other areas of offshore allow it aswell

Thing is, you want good quality hosting where warez is allowed. Why I mentioned good quality is that, it is very tough to manage illegal activity in a low class environment.

If you want quality, it is definitely going to cost you
