going with leaseweb is a pain in the a** if u don't have enough money + comparing with the service they give ( good speed , maybe a good bw but not a good speces )

OVH is the best choice for truely unmetered bw , but u have to order the server from one county only , and a specific country .

please pm me to tell u some more info

Got a server through the french site and have gone over the 5TB without getting throttled to 10mbit.

Also i noticed in the ovh manager that you can switch your server to unmetered without speed guarantee or to traffic mode where speeds will increase but a cap will be introduced.

OVH is a good server provider.Even if you run out of traffic,you can purchase additional 2 TB for 14.90 GB which is very cheap compared to other european providers.
