I started a business not too long ago, and I made some business cards, and flyers for my business to advertise my business. In these business cards, and flyers I put a URL where people can go to my website to check out what we offer, and our services before they contact us (It helps because like that people wont waste my time, and theirs).
Now I wanted to know if there is any way to find a software, or anything that I can put on my page for people to signup for my service.
What I was thinking about was to have a page where it would say "Become a Client" and in that page you can put in basic information so that we can contact you...
Basic information:
First Name:
Middle Name:
Last Name:
Address:
Email:
Phone Number:
Cell Number:
Next to those fields would be a text box where they can fill out the information. That information can only be seen by me.
Can anyone help?
