Need a Good Writer (Legal Language)

Hello

I am looking for a person who could write legal documents like:

Privacy Policy
Terms of Service
Email Templates
Disclaimers

And convert our plans into a good and legal language. (English :)) )

Can't you just copy the T.O.S and edit it ?

Yes, it could be done, but its a bit difficult with us, you need to make legal templates, emails etc.

About the project
You can PM me to get the details about the project.

What you'll get ?
Its a starting yet, so nothing much, but you'll be Chief Legal Officer in the company, you must be able to read laws and understand them, we don't need a lawyer though + salary once we start sales.

Not that kind of legal work friend :)
Just person must be able to write good English to write T.O.S and Privacy Policy
+ The person must be able to judge if the Legal Documents like TOS and other things being used by someone are real and justify the site or are just copied.
 
So you basically want to hire someone to cover all the legal bases for you, have legal background and knowledge, be able to interpret legal laws, etc for you and you don't intend on paying them upfront? But instead will give them a position of Chief Legal Officer in your company which is basically (most likely) going to be an internet domain name registered on namecheap (or another registrar)? And that you'll pay them after you start making sales? That if you do not make sales they won't be paid?

You want people to encourage you to hire others without actually paying them for the work you assign them? Not sure what community encourages you to do that, but we sure as hell do not.
 
As I listed above that "you will be paid as soon as we get the first sales" and its better only interested people should reply and I mentioned to PM me if interested.

Then why are unwanted people jumping in, the interested person will himself contact me.

To be fair though, most people here earn a living from someone else's work:))
 
You do realize without a real lawyer any TOS or Policy you write will have tons of loopholes and flaws that will get you in deep shit right?

Spend the $200-300 now if you have a real serious company starting up and get a real lawyer to draft for you and save yourself thousands of dollars in future legal fees, fines, litigation and even jail time.
 
We already have T.O.S and other policies drafted by the lawyer, we need a person to update it sensibly when needed and entertain the clients in relation to those policies.
