Need a good PHP programmer to build a video Script

I need a person who is well experienced and can create a video php script which grabs video from youtube and plays in the site with help of jwplayer. The video will be in youtube but plays in jwplayer in the site. Why i am looking because i can see many script in google, but none of meet my requirement. Also if you know to make clickjacking script, it will be good.
