Dedicated need a good and cheap dedicated server

i want a cheap and good dedicated server. at the moment i have a i7 core 8 gb ram

at the moment it use:

Server load7.21 (8 CPUs)
Memory Used11.85% (967920 of 8166220)Swap Used0.00% (852 of 17872304)

my budget is inc whm 100 euro per month max

in $165 (withour whm)
