I wouldn't mind giving this a try, would you like it those same colors? Also you mentioned payment on the chatbox, care to elaborate on that?
 
Sure U can add watermark to banner if u don't trust me.Payment will be made via paypal.

And about color choose any light color that should match the template and look attractive.
 
Also the banner should be transparent.

In first one,The texts are small.Please use the same size as I have shown above.And also add slogan
in bottom Full And Free Downloads.

Not liked second at all.
