Need a banner and a Favicon

Hey I need a banner and a favicon for my new TVshow site

Not paying for the banner nor for the favicon :facepalm:=)

A transparent logo with simple and plain text will do..for colour you can look at the site...
About size I have no idea..But a small logo will do

Thank you for another attempt..As you can see the letterss in the banner are spaced too far from each other..Why not just add the alphabets in a normal way on a transparent sheet of size 600 × 56. Add the text on the left side and the rest be transparent. I have never worked with PS before..:facepalm: Just a suggestion though you know better than me.
