Well if you mean as per people on the server.
Firstly the server is gonna be used for RDP.If u want a site u can but not heavy-scripted,must be simple-non warez sites.
Each one of us will have a panel other than admin panel.i will have that as to manage the server.
You can check demos of each panel there.You get to choose.

Also as an RDP server you cant use it for encoding as it will be heavy on the other users.So rar/unrar stuff as i said.Also you option for torrents but if its restraining the server much i will ask you to avoid it.

What to do 100TB?Also reliability is more than quantity.Thats why i chose leaseweb.And its gonna be 4 ppl.So that means quality not quantity.

Ecatel deal I got on my e-mail. If you get your 3 people and 3-4 more, thats 8 people on a really really good server, where you can even encode and it won't affect other users. And the price would be the same. Just my oppinion
