SSH into your vps/server from the command line run

"nano /etc/nameserverips"

from there you will have a blank page usually

if not either way it goes you want the config to look like this

ns1.yourdomain.com=x.x.x.x
ns2.yourdomain.com=x.x.x.x

ie: replace the x.x.x.x with your ip

I did that, how do I save it in the ssh terminal?

One problem.

Under "Networking Setup" Then into "Nameserver Ips" After doing what I was told above, nothing shows up there.

What is wrong?

Some times it may not it seems to be a bug in cPanel, How ever as you did it in SSH your dns was saved i promise on that mine is the same way.
