Namecheap will submit your details to the authority. For those doing warez, please becareful.

If you are worries about them submitting your details. You can always Use a prepaid credit card or VCC. in Countries like USA, CA, AU, UK. You can buy a prepaid credit card from 7/11 for $2 for the card + whatever amount u put in.

Not too sure about countries like India as You can make your own VCC's in countries like India.

Indians can make their own VCC for sure, but it can be generated only on our original account name, so easy to track back.
