mySQL Memory Table problems.

My table goes empty (memory table) and everything locks up?

any help would be appreciated!

the table keeps developing an over head and goes blank after sometime.

It's a session table recording session hits to pages.

Chane the table type to innodb, select the table in phpmyadmin then click operations then change storage type.
