Yep! I'm here to post about that only mate.
Some abusers have downloaded big files directly to root folders using sborg and transmission, where it filled everything in our server and giving us disk full error to our clients, as we can't find the file where they are stored, We had to reinstall the server to bring the server to it's place.
So please bear with us and let us do everything from starting, it may only few days, but will be better than before. hope you all understand.

It's because clients have downloaded the files into root, we couldn't find where they are stored.

yeah mate, I've deleted everything from clients accounts, but it was still showing 85% disk full, 2TB of space is not a small thing
searched for it in root, but not found where the files are stored in, so there was no other choice than reinstalling OS

The server takes some time to show you the real disk space
also you can check the accounts by the WHM, it will show the you accounts that have
exceded the storage limits, than you have to ban the abusers accounts

I check everything from WHM only mate, it shows only clients disk space, what I'm saying is they uploaded into root directories, not into there accounts. why will I take the decision of reinstall if that was in clients accounts.

I was hoping the same since 4days mate, I'm more worried about my clients and there work, but it's not in my hands. I would solve everything right away if it was my hands
As I couldn't access to my server thru SSH or WHM, I requested my server provider to do reinstall for me, what can I do if they're not reinstalling or replying since 4days? You guys are waiting for my news and I'm waiting for theirs. Tired of emailing them.
I just hope they do it by tomorrow... :'(
