What about this ??? when u give us better speed ?
There's no limit from us to give you a certain speed, however sometimes they're slow not because of our server, that's from filehosts side and it'll be normal again after a sometime
also fileserve is slow though since is it US and our server is in NL, avg download speed I see is 3-6MBPS and upload is 6-10MBPS.
well what do u think about filesonic and Wupload speeds right now ? they from eu isnt it ?

may be someone abusing server. sonetimes serverload goes to 45.00+

yes, you're right mate, not one, almost all doing the same, it's not atall fair
other's experiences slow speed because of them.
(have more, but can't take the full screenshot)
I should make this strict, they're not following the our terms.. I'll tell my tech to suspend there account who abuse the server.

We have made improvements as our users will enjoy the best Possible experience however Despite many remainders some of the users are still abusing the server. To keep the server load in control, we had to suspend some users who will not follow our terms.
