support reply in timely manner.
i only hope to get better cpu core though if available

After order just open a ticket and we will get it sorted for you. The vps is unmanaged we will only install directadmin and set it up for use.

If you have questions or need guidance we can offer very basic support as this is how we keep pricing low.

This is only done on our CZ plans because they used to be priced cheap every spammer bought one and spammed and ran. So NL should be fine. You will be able to mail fine.

Yes I can offer $10/month cpanel license on the 2gignl or 4gignl plans but you cant use another offer it has to be on default pricing.
Cant offer WHMCS sorry.
