Hello,
I was having a thread..

Premium Rapidleech with 8 premium account..

I that thread i was offering access to my premium rapidleech that thread was delete.. :(

I talked to Mod Whoo he said that its agains rules as premium accounts are not allowed...

Well i was not selling rapidshare or any account....

I was just selling access to my rapidleech..

There are many such other threads which are offering same thing...

I talked to Whoo and he got convenced and asked me to contact to any supermod for restoring the thread...

Then i contacted loget for same.. but he didn't restored...

Selling rs accounts is forbidden here, and for using an rl you have to have a premium account so its all connected to one another.

Just deal with the fact that a mod has deleted your thread and move on.
 
This is one of the problems we as moderators have that's we've being trying for ages to fix. Once a moderator moves a topic to the trash we can't move it back. We're requested extra permissions for the trash area numerous times but have yet to be granted them. Until we get these permissions I suggest you to harass the admins saying that Mr Happy (or Whoo obviously) would have done it but he doesn't have permission to.

This is a grey area, since we do not allow selling of accounts we also won't allow any form of third party access to these accounts, with RapidLeech connected to a RS premium account you are downloading with another rapidshare account which is not yours, essentially buying an account but not being given access to the password.

What happens if the account is phished? Your then essentially funding hackers and making the scene that much more worse. As it stands with me, I won't allow it, different moderators might do different things but thats because its a grey area at the moment which we haven't begun discussing properly and no "official" rule has been put into place about it.
 
So the bottom-line atm: No Rapidleech with Premium Accounts allowed? If so then delete the other topics which are doing the same :\
 
I think all RL offers with premium accounts should be banned.

Even if they aren't phished, then it's still illegal because accounts are for personal use only and not for sharing.

Furthermore, if you run a RL service with separate user accounts, how are you going to be sure that users won't give the details to their friends or sell the accounts?
 
Well sniffdog rapidleech is used for illegal work only... is it the best tool to spread piracy then y u are promoting piracy.. better stop ur leech and hosting service for leech... And reduce piracy...

And far as u are taking abt illegal use of accounts?? They what u was trying to buy here?? 600 Rapids for 3-4$ were u hoping to get genuine rapids??

Fail 1) Rapidleech can be used to leech files from one server to another. Why do you assume it's only used for illegal purposes? I often move legal files (mp3) or licensed movies to my server.
Fail 2) Contacting me on Yahoo to advice me how to behave? Are you out of your mind?
Fail 3) Did you got ever 'false rapids'? Of course, a lot of people got rapids from Rapidshare and wanted to sell or 'donate for a price'. I am sure a lot of them were genuine and not phished.
Fail 4) I don't have to be asked to out my opinion. That's why a forum is for. And I preventing quite a few people from losing their money, so I must at least do something correct. And my name is respected in quite a few member's signatures. Where is somebody respecting you?

Don't act as an idiot. Your thread was closed. Don't vent your frustration on others.
 
The last one was blatant selling of Premium Accounts and I've dealt with it. As for the others we're reviewing this 'gray' area as Loget described in the staff area to try and fix this loophole.
