OK. So, after reading all the great reviews here on Servedome, and getting some personal recommendations, I decided to try out their shared hosting service.
This review is on the shared hosting only, not the VPS or anything else.
Anyway, I joined just over 2 months ago.
At first, the site was more or less ok. Slow at times, but on the whole acceptable.
After a week or so the troubles started.
Just to make things clear, I host 2 websites on the server, both getting not more than 500UVs a day.
The site started getting unacceptably slow (30 seconds response time), and I complained to them. After that, the site started going completely down for different periods of time.
They said that they were working on upgrading the network connection and that would fix it.
It didn't.
I won't go into it any further, but after about a month and a half of constant downtimes, I decided that enough was enough and started looking for a better host.
It took me this long simply because I wanted to do some research before changing servers.
A few days ago I decided to quantify the actual downtimes and send it to them.
They replied by saying they were looking into it (it's about time I'd say).
Still haven't gotten any other reply, but it doesn't matter anymore, since I've already moved to SQShosting.
Anyway... take a look at the uptime (or shall I say downtime) reports from the last THREE days.

In their defense I do however want to note that their support response was always relatively fast. Also, they offered to give me a one month free VPS because of all the downtime. Unfotunately, these don't help me since all I really wanted was somewhere reliable to host my website which I didn't get from these guys.
Finaly verdict: Good customer support, TERRIBLE product.
