my SERP Rankings just dissapeared?

Hey, so last week I was getting a good amount of traffic for some keywords I was fighting for, the competition was low so I gained my rankings good and ranked #1 for two of my keywords, and 4th position on a high volume search for my niche.

But it seems like i fell off the band wagon completely, Does this mean my SEO has got me banned on some keywords?

my google SERPs went down -54.75% according to my reports.

Its so confused, and my seo simply said they just "slipped".

What are the methods you used to gain the SERPs?

You're not the only one to suffer on that date. MANY MANY others have suffered as well. Just a huge dip in rankings. Why? analyze yourself.
