once it is limited you can not remove the limitation.

i lost over 2,000 USD so far from using paypal. start using other payment processors and more people will end up supporting it. the more you move away from paypal the better for the internet community. paypal is a monopoly, try to fight them (not you alone)

lol mine had 200$ and it got limited, after that i used real details to create a new account.

i never had any issues. if you provide real info and get verified and add CC they won't limit you.

If i would be living in a country where PP is available i surely would have called them .. i searched out the Solution... I just need a Fake Bill or license etc of india .. that will unlimit my account ... have to find a GFX Pro to do the job ..

My account is also limited in which 14$ in it.....

And It is a business acc and i asked to a specialist in creating vcc for removimg the limitation and he told me vcc will not work in business account :'(:'(
