and they hve blocked my paypal for 180days..

they hve strted rigorous monitoring if accounts..if u hve 2 accts with diffrent name..i will just u close any of them asap..
 
Guys you didn't notice "chems" is from Tunisia :| (Which not listed in PayPal Accepted Countries)

I'm sorry to tell you that it's impossible to Un-Limit your PayPal without providing Documents they ask.
 
You should go and have a wank in the toilet maybe that will make a difference. If you think not, then sign into paypal's website and have a look at the table of what you need to provide.
 
do you know why you got limited?
It should tell you in a box what you did, or how to resolev it.

But... in the rare occasion that it does it, it could be:

1 - you have a warez site and you accepted donations --- so then someone reported you and your account was limited for violation of TOS.
2 - you are underage, and they found out.
3 - you used fake info b/c you are underage, or a vcc, carded something, etc.
4 - you have made alot of transactions that were "wierd" - such as transferring or withdrawing hundreds of dollars / receiving too many gifts / sending too many.

Either way, just call paypal or submit the info they ask and they are pretty quick about such things.

If you violated their terms, then you have to just wait about 180 days for your funds to be released.
