Edit: ur CPU has only 2cores, might wanna get a quad.

AMD are great, I use a phenomII x4 955 BE and it runs every game to date :D, you can get the 6core AMD which costs around 250$.

yap bro i know everything about AMD as well ;) i am to old in gaming world :D but i still refer Intel Core I 2nd Generation Series . as they now add HD graphics even in processor to :)

AMD's are great, but when the 2nd generation Intel core i5-2500K came out earlier this year I jumped on it and built a new system.
 
well i would never have bought this for the price you mentioned i would have got myself the new amd 6 core currently i'm running a phenom II x4 945 i'm an amd fan never liked intel xD
