I don't really get the banner, what does it have to do with the site itself?
What did you actually do? Installed wordpress and added a theme? There's nothing much to review really, you could atleast remove the ads you have on the site. There's loads on non needed links on your site.

Also, the Z in your logo looks like a two (2).
