My megaupload account has been login by strange IP

Hi Friends ...

I'm not sure if I post this in the right place but I do need your help .

I have a Megaupload account and I had found there were strange IPs that login to my acct couple of days ago.

It was ; 78.140.176.170 (Netherland)

I'd changed my password and I found another one today ;

199.101.132.88 (USA)

I wonder how they can keep track with my password , has my computer been hacked and please tell me what should I do ...

if they change your MU password you can revert it, just make sure your email account is safe

someone track ur cookies... may be ur computer affected by some spyware.. uptodate ur internet security.... scan ur computer....

install malwarebytes and scan for any keyloggers, rat, istealers etc and once that is done just change the pass again and try

download and install avast. download and install malwarebytes. rechange ur email and password.

It's quite normal, MU shows a Netherlands IP from time to time for all their costumers, don't worry.

Change your password via phone/another computer. If it continues to show different IPs that means that MU is just being stupid.

Do you use some other software to upload/download to megaupload other then there own?

Necessary Software+Process:

1. rkill - instant malware/virus detection and will delete - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic308364.html

2. MalwareBytes - run this and clear all malware that may be found - http://www.malwarebytes.org/

3. Ccleaner - use this to clear your cookies and cache every day after you browse - http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

If you use your MU premium account to upload to a file host then the IP of your file host's server will be in your account.

It's most likely law enforcement. You should turn yourself in.

Did you used any shared server like RDP or VPS (Either from NL or USA location ), because that seems to a host webazilla.com

Hello Everyone...

I really thank you all for your input Bros . I installed Malewarebytes and there were 4 malware an trojan had been found and deleted .

I use IDM as my download manager software , sometime I do remote upload files from MU to Filesonic and Wupload , whenever I transfer files like that , I had to put my username and password in the links ...It might not secure right...
