MyBB My forum keeps sql injected

Hey guys,
I have a mybb forum 1.6.8, but it keeps sql injected, I don't have alot of plugins so probably it isnt that. Maybe my theme..

Do you guys know how to fix/prevent it?

Why don't you change the theme ?

Because I don't think it's the problem, because its made by a proffesional designer, the theme is called dark fusion.

Do you have any other software running along with your forum? It's possible but doubtful that it's MyBB, as it's a well developed piece of forum software.

scan your PC, there might malwares/trojan or reinstall the whole system just to be safe
then change your root/sql/ftp password

Are you sure it's done by SQL injection...?
