Hello,
I would like to share my experience with www.Hostgi.com
I have been with them for around a month...
Firstly they have uploaded my forum db which is 2.5GB to there server within few hours (Many hosts were not able to do it) after i registered in their host... and also they gave me a free trial period to test the speed services etc... i felt it was very good... i payed after it..
I mostly receive answer to tickets in between 72 hours
whether they are related to hosting issue or a bug in my forum.. they help me fix it...
There were not a single downtime until the downtime in last few days... It seems like it happened because some one bought too much free hosting offers and abused the service.. but now it has been disabled..
I was getting many errors for few days because of those abusive service.. but it seems to be fixed and there havent been any problems after it..
I like there host.. and hope that they could reply to the support tickets faster.. :D and it would be awesome
So far i have tried many hosts here at wj but most of them kicks me out as my site is big and takes a huge CPU resource.. :P but HostGi's server is hosting my site without any problem
One more thing good about them is their packages are very cheap and affordable XD

So far the best host i have been with so i recommend shared hosting searchers to try HostGi.com...
