My country is restricted by webmoney from having WME !

so about this new crappy rule i cannot receive payments from Uploaded to my WME purse because my country is restricted to have one and i cannot even upload documents to confirm it os there is no way i will have one !!
is there any solution ?
PS: somebody said to me create another purse via VPN or RDP and then i will have to confirm by phone number from the same country of VPN or RDP and that is impossible !

Don't create a account with vpn or rdp.Its not possible to verify account on this way.
