Well the error message is pretty explanatory.. The host you are trying to reach can not allow the connection. Are you trying to connect to another Windows 10 Home? Because this is not supported in the home version.
If you are connecting to a server, here are some quick fixes:
- Run "Remote desktop" as administrator.
- Delete this key and its contents: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing
