good day to everyone here and i hope you are well

Well to start things off i was talking to jordan (owner of sameerhosting) on msn about his hosting and imparticular his germany hosting.I asked questions about this and he said its fine to buy on it and package would be set up that day.So i decide to buy and i get put on the usa server...

So i ask him and he says they scrapped the german server as it was no good.... and i was told it wud be 7-10 days till another server is got.So i asked for a refund as i didnt wanna have something i didnt pay for ...
I also said i would buy one when he has the server and i also saw his 30 day money back option.
So i asked him for one and he refused to refund me my money and said i had to wait for new server . I refered him to his money back option and he said in these words ' i decide when to refund not you'.. I was never rude to him and acted with the upmost integrity when dealing with him which i expected in return but never got.

I finally got a refund but then he tried to claim it back from me which is disgusting.I am giving in as i dont want this going on and hes now followed up with more abuse.....Hes a 14 year old whos is really like a 4 year old and if hes scammed me he can scam anyone

Also We said we would give a refund 7 to 10 working days but you went and did a report so we gave it you Then You Swore at us So we took it back until you said Sorry

So you said sorry and you said you went over the top And then Now the Dispute is closed and finished so stop Putting stuff in that is not true as we didin't refuse your refund we gave you a time you would get it Back once the germany server was setup from serverloft.eu
 
lol i never swore i said i didnt want to wait 7 to 10 days and if you look on webhostingtalk i have a lot of people who back me up there...Also i heard that your server got scrapped because you abused the santrex staff which alot of people have given same story ....also i put bad things which are true because u decided to go and issue a dispute against the refund u issued me lol...im gonna get this thread closed so theres no more arguments
