My alertpay closed or hacked ?

I dont know WTF happened :facepalm:
I cant log into Alert pay account :'(

This is the story;
One week ago i submitted a ticket but they didnt respond to that ticket and my 12$ was gone :'( , after that today morning.

I got 2 mails, here is the shots :facepalm:

:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm: Though the hacker got only 2$, i lost 14 in total :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Smart hacker. He transferred the money and closed the account. Try explaining this situation to AlertPay, and they might do something to help you to get your account back to normal state.

Or simply get it revived by contacting support, as stated in the second mail.

the same happened yesterday to me :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm: dronlit have steal my money (thanks god only 16$) and after that he closed my account on alertpay.

if you google "dronlit" you will find results for a pornuploader...he is on plantsuzy pornbb and so on.

i have send alertpay a email and hope they did something against this nice guy8-)
 
alertpay don´t answer till now but i have found many people with the same problem and it´s getting solved from AP.

my passwords i have changed all after that immediately and scanned my pc...my av guard found 18 viruses and one of them was the keylogger :facepalm:

i think i format my pc complete and work from now with ubuntu :))
 
Dude just call Ap and clear this all.......... mine clear now... Sum fucker change email address and password.......... he was unable to change PIn.. ap locked my account..

my account was back as Real account with all **0$ money
 
My Email was hacked once. And the hacker hacked my alertpay through changing the alertpay password. Then he transfered my money to his own account. But I just took action immediately. I just called them on that day. Coz hacker transferred 400$ from my account !!! They had made my account limited and gave my money back in 3 days. Plus they let me to change my email and transection id. So, my best suggestion will be call them immediately. You will get help.

i thats bad to hear . i might also have to scan computer . i thought is was me just losing my memeory and be i spent it . thanks
 
Thread shouldn't be closed, it should remain open for everyone to be careful against keyloggers that come as keygen in softwares, porn, etc you download and run without seeing if it is an exe file or without scanning.

That begger who is stealing passwords putting keyloggers with his/her uploads should also be taught a lesson.
