Well, hope this doesn't ban me .... but if you had studied his shared hosting services which were crap, why would you think he'll be a good provider for VPS?
 
lol. whats happening with the bans?.i was going to to order since they provide a single domain plesk license,but the site was down for more than 5 hrs.it leaves a bad impression.

i asked a fair deal he keeps $5 and refund me $10 due to speed and hassle and still not replyed and is site down

Plz read our TOS, We have no refund policy for VPS.
and here even there is no issue from our side

He is trying to test download speed on his local internet, which is a 15mb line
So his max speed is 15/8 = 1.87mb
and he is complaining that VPS is slow in UK

While I provided him speed test on a knowinservers VPS located in UK:

and now he is threatening me about some crap...

@sniffdog our VPS are extremely reliable, as you can see not a single complaint from any customer

@acexxx We were heaving a big ddos on our main website, Thanks God its on separate VPS and it dose not effect our customers, We have changed website ip so it might be dns probation in your area.

I Renewed and have been using his service for about 4 or 3 month knows,and im very happy,i have ordered 1 more vps for my other forum

i hope it stays this way :D ..............

Looks like an illegal clause to me. As a provider you're not allowed to limit a client's right. If he wants to charge back or opens a dispute, that's solely a client's right. You have no right to blackmail him withhold the money owned.

There's one basic rule in trade and business law. One party delivers the payment, the other party delivers the service or product as expected by the other party.

Even a 'no refund' clause or '7 Day Guarantee Statement Shared and Reseller Accounts' changes that. So funny how these providers make up (or even copy) their TOS without even having a lawyer proof it.

Every company has the right to make own TOS, If you dn't like them dn't deal with us.
If you purchase from us, you have to agree with our TOS

So what if he copied TOS? Every warez forum copies DMCA messages, get over it, stop spamming this guys service, if you have bought a server deal from him and have a negative review then post, otherwise fuck off, I can't be arsed cleaning stupid comments up and neither can any other mod.

TOS should be according to the law and should be proofed against the law (International or Local) .

What if he wrote: 'If you open a Paypal dispute, you agree to be shot by our executioner'?

But then again we're dealing here with little kids. Period.
