.mx or .cm domain?

Hi, I need a hoster which can transfer my .de domain to a new .de domain just with wh0is protection, cuz I want make my german and austrian site into a site with warez.

After the transfer I want register a new .cm or .mx or .in or .to or .us domain. Whois protection and warez linking is required. I can only pay via alertpay.

.to has no whois, they don't store your address in your whois. very nice company tonic.to, don't let kino.to put you off it, their server was seized, not the domain name.

(I guess it would need a court order from tonga which is unlikely to happen, right?)

.to are pretty expensive though..
