You'd definately need a VPS or even a dedi, I don't know exactly what kind of MP3's you'll be hosting, but be sure to choose the correct datacenter/provider in case it's copyrighted material... ;)

I will be uploading mp3 from the balkans the copyright issues are not that strong there so I am ok for now.

I have about 100,000 songs so those 2 options would be to expensive I think.

100,000 songs?? No way any shared host would allow, or can provide that much storage!! Seriously, you need at least, a big VPS, but I'd recommend a dedi! This isn't a joke if you can afford that script ($250) you should be able to afford maintaining the site/server, if not, you better go back to the drawing board and think of a better plan to fund this project... ;)

or those mp3 uploaded to a trusted filehost, have a premium account on it, which should give you direct access to the file, and you would need to download/decode it on-the-fly for streaming.

Should be doable if you have a good connection and a reasonable amount of users.

Anyway, good luck!

It enables an individual to upload his video stuff. Video stuff is stored in server and shows different codes and pin addresses to see the video for the visitors. This is becoming increasingly popular because .But the codes are allowed in restricted videos or secrete videos otherwise it is almost free. The best example of this is YouTube.
