Hello,
i need to host about 6 websites and will be soon more.
My budget is of about 9 dollars or 7 euro monthly,

Could you suggest me some good server?

P.S. I will not host warez there, so everything is ok

Would you rather have them hosted all on the same cPanel? Or would you rather that each account had it's own cPanel?

I would suggest looking for reseller plans. This would give you more flexibility to add more websites as you create them, by the sounds of your post that's what it sounds like will happen.
 
You are better off getting a smallish reseller, Shake Host are were i go to for my resellers, they will be able to suit your budget. Thanks.
 
go for mddhosting.com nobody can beat them...my friend started a site at the beginning of this year and not a single downtime...they are the best
