Multi-Poster Question

hi everyone, i am new to all the upload and file host things, i have search over the forum and find two major auto poster. my questions is which one is better for newbie? Multi-Poster or ThemaPoster? both software seem complicated, ,if there is a breakthrough or tutorials, that will be great.

one things i forget to say is, i want to use it on foreign language. which one support the best?

i mean BB code options are the same no matter it is IPB/vB
just create a thread and one click it shares all over!!
