i am using multi-embed on my adult website, I am using streamup, bigwarp, savefiles, dood, vidgaurd.
so now I need suggestions for the default embed.
which hosting platform I set for default.

it is only one of a couple of hosts that dont delete files that are inactive. thats why i use them

I'd go with the one that streams fastest and has the least downtime—maybe start testing Streamup as default and check bounce rates.
