Now that's called a real drama, let me put up my story .
I approached this guy on June 5,13 , as one of my customer needs an HTML website to be design and coded. That guy needed 10 simple pages to be done, he told me that he'll going charge £285.00 for the whole website but then we both agreed on £250.00 nearly 400 USD.
The payment things started here:-
1 . He asked for 25% of payment upfront before starting the work, i thought he is an respected designer here and been here from a long time so i paid that upfront.
2 . Then on June 7th he asked for another installment after the preview.
He sent me an invoice for £65 which was £60 earlier , i asked him about the same so he said PayPal charged him that amount so he increased the invoice amount.
After payment , he just got vanished for 2 days.
Then when he came on 9th with an blog design, which i can design at my iPad easily lol :S
between 7 to 8th when he wasn't online he sent me 2 money requests on PayPal, but i ignored it as after that i realize that something is fishy, he takes hell alots of time for delivering or making an preview ?
3 . My guy rejected the design as he said it seems ripped or a kid can design better. Then i shown him some demo for the designs and asked him to proceed by taking ideas from those on June 15th .
Then on 16th he replied that he'll work on the design after that i keep approaching him for 4 days but he didn't replied anything till 20th.
But again he started that money thing on 20th itself.
So finally he replied me yesterday but it seems he ran off now :-

So that's was all with him , i already disputed the transaction as he didn't deserve a single penny.
