I'd like to sell one my websites which has been and still is an good income earner each month on autopilot without any promotion work at my side since last year.

I'm selling it because I need cash in hand for some other investments that will bring even a better return on investment on my way.

Site has been around since 2009 and is getting right now an average of 1000+ UV's / day which I monetize by using CPA offers/Widget and Graboid.

Everyday earnings are on average $50/day +/- better earnings on weekends. Average earnings per month is $1500+/-

@Carbon , mostly is social traffic from YT , there are several thousands of trailers pointing to my site for "watch the full stream" on it.

@jpavsex I already did posted screenshot of my cpa earnings via dollarade network. However site can be changed to whatever the buyer wants to, you may monetize it in different ways, I only used dollarade + graboid so far on this site.

I already stated the source of traffic and it really is earning that much ( if 50$/day sounds much lol )

If anyone seriously interested I can do an escrow type of deal and will be providing admin/mod all the logins needed to verify everything , login to cpanel to statcounter and even login to my primary source of income to this website.

If this wont make you $1k+ first month of having it I'll buy it back for twice the price lol.

I am serious person and I'd like to deal with serious people. I'm not here to sell dreams but a website that is banking as I'm typing this.

In regards with content, yes is poor, that because I got couple of complains from my hoster to cut the copyrighted material etc. You guys more experienced in warez type of stuff over here know how to handle this further. If I only decided to work on this site it could have earned way more but I don't have the time to do it and my outsourcers are keept busy by other projects of mine so I put this for sale maybe someone needs another income stream that is getting visitors to complete offers 24/7.

Ok for a little background info. I asked zaduke to list the site here on Wj he offered it to me on another forum that we belong to but as I dont have the funds for it I told him about WJ. Hence he listed it here. I can vouch for his earnings and his reputation he means what he says and says what he means. SO give him a break the site and earnings are real. Good luck bidding.

I too find this very hard to believe.

Selling a site making a constant $1k a month for $3-4k, just 3 - 4 months revenue?
that alone just doesn't feel right. You can not be that hard up for cash to sell for so little.

And the site, well that leaves a lot to the imagination? you still have a "sample page" link
up the top? wtf.

I am not one to shy away from a good deal and when I see a money maker I go for it
but as the old saying goes, If it looks like shit, smells like shit, taste like shit. Then it's
probably shit. Or any other play on words for the same phrase should suffice.

Site has been tunned several times, what you guys don't understand is really that we're never been focused on content for users and anything but driving traffic to it to have people completing offers in order to watch/download movies which then we send to graboid for getting affiliate comissions over there too.

I could have bought a script subcription to have content posted and make it look better but I really don't care. I'm no webmaster I call myself marketer and my only interest is making money but delivering content being on some second place.

ViralStreams.com gets 1000UV/day +/- which you can monetize with whatever you want. CPA widget offers ( I'm currently promoting dollarade's offers ), AffiliateBuzz or even installs ( I used to monetize with pinball ex zango months back )

Yes I do sell a money maker for such a silly price considering it's earnings per month because I have some projects that are in late already and we need fast cash for it to accomplish in time.

As I said any admin/mod can act as an reviewer and check that everything is as per said. I'll happily pay a WJ fee if needed. I'm cool with whatever requested.
