It's worse than that.
Adsterra on your site will flood your traffic with ransom ware, fake viruses, etc.

A week with adsterra on your site will destroy your site's reputation and traffic
Hello.

Many times I contacted support and many times I complained.

Each time Adresterra said exactly the same thing you just did to me.

But the problems were never fixed.

Here are my experiences. Honestly. Your support and also the personal account manager I had are completely unnecessary. You simply don't get any help. I was a long-term customer with you and generated good revenue. From one day to the next, especially after the Adsterra advertising URL was changed again, the revenue dropped rapidly. When I asked why this was the case, there was no satisfactory answer. After I took a look at how the ads were being displayed on my site, I found that the ads were not loading at all, meaning only a white page was shown. To rule out errors on my side, I integrated an alternative advertising URL or .js code. Lo and behold, everything worked with that. However, the script is intended for my second site, so I did not continue to use it for my main site. I then shared my findings with my "professional account manager." She dismissed me again with ChatGPT-like answers, far from what I actually told her. The lady had zero technical understanding of what she was supposed to manage. This has now led me to switch the advertising network.

Conclusion: If no problems exist or arise, you can make good money. But if you need technical help, you are lost.

I am sorry to hear that. But it would be nice if you could provide me with your account details, so I can check your case with our team.

Thanks for sharing your experience and we really appreciate honest feedback like this, that helps us improve our platform.

First of all, I would like to say that we value each and every partner, and we have a dedicated Partner Care program in place to support our publishers and advertisers at every stage of their journey with us.

But what you’re describing is a really unusual situation. All of our support team members and account managers are experienced and trained to handle both technical and performance-related questions, so it’s concerning to hear that your case wasn’t properly addressed and resolved.

We’d really like to take another look at this and understand what went wrong. Could you please share your account details with me via DM? I’ll personally pass them to our support teams so they can investigate the issue in detail and assist you.

Hope you will consider giving our platform another try.
